Finance does not provide measures to bring out the undeclared
The director of the Department of Financial and Tax Inspection Agency (AEAT), Joan Cano, said today that Treasury does not arise with additional measures added to the initiative of the Ministry of Labor against undeclared work .
a conference organized by Deloitte, Cano was referring to the government plan to bring out the undeclared including a regularization encouraged and then a sharp tightening of sanctions against employers that do not give their employees high and persons charged unemployment and undeclared work.
Cano’s words are in line with what we already said Secretary of State for Finance, Carlos Ocaña, who ruled out going to introduce any kind of tax incentives to bring out the undeclared.
Labour Inspectorate is primarily dedicated to the detection of illegal employment this year between April and December 2012, a period which will run the project.
Moreover, Cano asked for large companies “institutional loyalty”, being very important elements of the economic system and asked for greater transparency and cooperation in their duties and tax obligations.
In this sense, he argued that relations with the Treasury only be conflict when they must be.
Cano also referred to the General Plan 2011 of the SATA Control, which is articulated on three areas, including verification and investigation of tax fraud, tax collection phase control and in respect of taxes assigned in coordination with communities devolved management.
Plan AEAT expected to intensify their efforts to pursue the identification of workers falsely self and the discovery of individuals who do not declare the income received, and also may be receiving welfare benefits for unemployment or Social Security .
addition, the tax boost control actions on the income from professional activities, either through the use of new information or identifying sources of external signs of wealth to the discovery of undeclared income.
